Monday Night Bowling

Monday Night Bowlers like to make sure they have fun while bowling. They include: two "Fun Nights" (Halloween with a costume contest & Valentine's Day); "Mixed Up Christmas Party" (with Secret Santa); "Turkey Bowl" for Thanksgiving (get 3 strikes in a row and don the turkey hat for money); "Red Pin / Blue Pin" nights for cash; "Shamrock Collection" for St. Patrick's Day (get the most strikes to collect the most shamrocks for money); and they end the year with their "Bowling Banquet" at the club.

The Officers are: President: Christine Wright, Vice President: Joshua Wright & Treasurer: Eva Jack.

Thursday Night Bowling

The Thursday Night Bowlers started their league in the 1975-1976 season, and has been predominantly a men's-only league. This year marks a milestone for Thursday Nite Bowlers, because 2008 is the first year women have bowled on the league.

Thursday Night bowlers have consistently been the group traveling to the national bowling tournaments and made up the majority of the STV's presence in the Elgin National Bowling Tournament this past April.

Officers are President: Ed Lawton, Secretary: Marc Sawyer (Marc is also the Bowling Chairman for the club) and Treasurer: Fred Shea.

Thursday night bowlers have a few openings left of their league if anyone is interested. 

Tuesday Night Bowling - GUT HOLZ

Members voted on officers. President: Hilmar Hoppe, Vice President : Martin L, Treasurer: Erwin Schwarz, Auditor: Dean H., Secretary: Elaine Walther.

The Gut Holz bowlers are the annual sponsors German Night which is a traditional German Dinner with a German Band as entertainment.
